Seriously the best steak I've ever had at a restaurant. Our server was such a doll and, she was very attentive. Hosts were sweet and polite also. Definitely going back as soon as possible!
We lived the atmosphere! We are originally from Central Mississippi, and enjoyed the history. The food was delicious. And the staff was friendly, and did a great job. The prices were reasonable for a nice restaurant.
I decided to visit this location after the location in Clinton, MS permanently closed. The employees at this location were extremely nice and the service was excellent. When we walked in there were about 3 or 4 (4-6 year olds) young boys running up and down the long bench, yelling etc. The manager had asked the parents not to allow but the dad stated they would not listen to him. This was a Saturday around 7pm and it seems they had just came from a softball game. The manager allowed us to sit in rear of restaurant as far away as possible from the children. I refused to sit near them and was shocked when I saw the behavior in restaurant. The restaurant itself is great! I love the layout and the entertainment area outside which you must be 21 to enter. You can sit there to listen to music but there is no service there. We had the chicken sandwich which is delicious. I will also post other foods I have had at other locations. The food overall tastes great! The only thing I haven’t liked are the empanadas (appetizer). I highly recommend visiting this location for great food, service and entertainment.
Our server Villi was absolutely amazing! The empanadas or crawfish were delicious and the fried catfish. However, I had a burger and the bread broke within the first bite. I ended up utilizing utensils. Besides that everything was great, including their old fashioned . Thanks for having severs who are attentive and kind.
Traveling from Atl to dfw, my husband and I stopped here for dinner on a Monday night. We shared the crawfish empanada appetizer, a side salad and the seafood pasta which was plenty for two people. The food was tasty and good temp when it came out. The service was friendly. A bit pricey but in line with current restaurant trends. It has a good, varied menu.
Great lunch spot in downtown Brandon. Great variety; hot lunches, sandwiches, salads and more. They have a great Cuban with pulled pork, ham, Swiss, mustard and pickles! Daily lunches and sides are good “home cooking.” Salads are fresh and they have a great honey mustard. Large variety of menu items and have selections even for the pickiest eaters. Good food, good service and a good atmosphere.
Great experience. Bartender gal in the secret bar was AMAZING. Live music on the weekends and even an outdoor option. I can't explain to you through words how good the drinks were.
